It doesn't work I'm afraid, same blue screen.
It is possible that I should use clean HD with different partition and not overwrite the current with win 10 on board?

Yes leave the current install alone unless you want to have to reinstall it again.
Use a new drive
Once fast boot is off in 10 and in bios
You'll need to use rufus to make a uefi compatible installer to usb
Should work with a dvd installer :/
Option 2
USB Windows 7 Installation Key Drive - Create
Once you boot to the usb it should have a listing uefi flash drive
All that you should have to do is disable fast start in your bios too.
Use F8 at startup to boot to the flash drive or disk
I created usb boot with windows 7 as you advice in rufus but same story it didn't work. Blue screen again
I don't know what to do...
This machine might be locked to uefi only installs which is win-10 and 8
Rufus should of added a option to the boot list uefi boot device as well as just the usb name
Outside of using a different usb or contacting the manufacture of the machine to see if win-7 install is possible I don't know how to proceed
I spoke with them and they said that there is no drivers for this unit under Windows 7 and I said that they are. Sager has them on their website under model Clevo N170RD, I've downloaded it and there is a full list of all drivers for my model.
I tried one more option with rufus app and this is the output:
Thank you for trying to help me anyway. I think I will have to sell the laptop and find something more flexible in terms of modification or at least with Windows 7.
Yep about all you can do with win-7 and using win-10 is putting win-7 as a virtual machine
Of course you need a iso for win-7 to do that
Win-10 has virtualization features although most people prefer using VMWare because it is more flexible.
No problem
The manufactures today are limiting their customers options that may catch up to them one day same as it did in win-8's releases
That took time and sells had to go stagnate for a while before they gave downgrade rights.
That does not make me feel all warm inside buying a new laptop either :)
Cheers.
