Finding the images and what to edit for custom image booting

Hi, I have an Alienware machine that I love but it seems that as of late, my video driver and something else are giving me issues. I would like to do a nice clean install of my Win 7 Ultimate BUT I don't want to lose the cool boot up images I get (the ones before the desktop opens). I found the images under Windows/web/wallpaper but can't figure out what file to edit to make it part of the boot up.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you so much.

Edit images within your browser - Sumo Paint
I had to share this little app. It runs inside a browser or you can download it. It runs inside Chrome 4 very nicely. I have not used paint much since the "ribbon" interface, but I find this to be easy to use and very powerful for something you don't even need to download. Click "Open and start...
