    Forgot login password. No start button/menu 2 reset 2 factory settings


    My desktop Dell is Windows 7 Professional. I am complete computer beginner. During setup try, screen "disappeared" before I could write down my login password, etc. No Start Button, Start Menu, or taskbar will appear. I can't advance beyond screen requesting my forgotten password. Can't log on. Please...can anyone help?
