ASUS laptop. Startup repair loop - NO Windows Setup [EMS Enabled]

Suddenly the ASUS UL30V couldn't start up windows. Its stuck in a startup repair loop, but it can't fix the problems automatly.
I have been searching on google for solutions and tried
BootRec.exe /fixmbr

tried MD mybackup RegBack *.* .. and so on without luck.

So I decided to do an factory reset, but when pressing F9, there is no Windows Setup [EMS Enabled] option. Its only Windows 7 and Windows Memory Diagnostic at the end.
So I can't do a factory reset.
When I'm in the System Recovery Options -> System Image Recovery -> Select drive.. I can see there is an BOOT X: in computer. There is the windows install setup.exe.

I've tried to install it by cmd "x:/setup.exe" but when I'm press Install now and setup is starting, it asking for "Load Driver". What to do?

Many thanks in advice for helping!

Hello and welcome Lady MC now not wanting to sound being rather obvious but how are you using the F9 key when trying the factory reset?? I always start by tapping any factory reset button before I power on some power on and then hit the reset button.

You might like to rad through this too. Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot at the start of this tutorial it mentions faulty RAM which is another thing that I would suspect as a cause of your issues.

Now just to round off it could be malware too so if you have access to a machine to make a bootable disk it may well be worth running this Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 after making the disk (or stick - I prefer a disk) you will need to set the first boot option in the BIOS to what you are going to use.

The Kaspersky runs in a non Windows environment so is totally independent of that system.
