    It looks like you have a recovery partition on your hard drive. I followed the instructions in this video to get my Dell back to its factory state.

    Just remember you will lose all your personal files so back up everything you want to keep.

    The System and Active files are in the Recovery Partition. Does anyone else see this as strange?

    Some OEM setups do it that way.
