    I was wondering if's possible to create a windows 7 UEFI dvd disc like an UEFI usb with rufus ?

    If you just burn the ISO to the DVD then when you pick it at boot you just have to pick EFI: "your DVD drive" vs "just your DVD drive" from the list of devices to boot from.
