    error clr20r3 after restore image windows 7


    My system shows me the following message minutes after starting windows 7, the message came after retrieving the image of the installation of windows 7 with the utility of creating Windows images. The original install does not have this error. I appreciate your help.

    Please give us your hardware configuration in details.
    As the problem is on hpwsd.exe, search for it and right click on it - properties to find what is it for.

    I conducted the search on the hard drive can not find the file hpswd.exe. That way I can upload the files private.

    I hope I am not butting in, but this info might be of help.

    The hpswd.exe is part of Hewlett Packard's Support Assistant & if you read through the following HP websites you will find it as a file within the Support Assistant software.

    HP Support Assistant by Hewlett-Packard - Should I Remove It?

    This one is fairly old but it might help with identifying what that file is for.

    It is also possible that as you have just reinstalled an image, the HP Support Assistant you have currently installed might need updating. If you wish to keep the Support Assistant go to the HP website & download the latest version for your system.
