As I suspected before, your drive is dead. You must replace your HDD. I'll suggest you to buy a SSD.

Ok, my pc is TOSHIBA Satellite L650-13P.

So, I will need a SSD to have the exact dimensions like my existing HDD.

    I found this: https://www.mrmemory.co.uk/ssd-upgra...llite/l650-13p

Normally is a 2.5" with a height of 7.0 mm.
    Look for this specs
Max Sequential Read: > 450 MBps
Max Sequential Write: > 350 MBps
    4KB Random Read: > 70,000 IOPS
    4KB Random Write: > 60,000 IOPS

    Hi,
All ssd's are 2.5" and are the same size as a 2.5" hdd that is in this unit :)
If you want another hdd just look for 2.5" they would be listed as hdd for a laptop

They do make 2.5" hdd's for desktops too so just post a link for it and we can check it out

Here's a hdd for both laptops and desktops different storage sizes too,

ssd all are the same size but cost more
