How to Re-install Windows 7 after wiping through Seagate DiscWizard

I have a Disk with WINDOWS 7 Home premium x64 but I cannot RE-install them.

I cannot boot my pc and I see there errors:




File: \Boot\BCD

Status: 0xc00000e9

Info: An unexpeted I/O error has occurred.


Another error: 0x80070015


I tried some fixes, BEFORE THE ABOVE ERRORS INCURRED:



After restarting my laptop, I press F12 and choose BOOT FROM CD/ROM DRIVE.

THEN, I see WINDOWS 7
Then I go to Install now.

SETUP IS STARTING

I accept the license terms. Then go to NEXT.

I Press Custom (advance).

1. Window appear asking: WHERE DO YOU WANT TI INSTALL WINDOWS?

***NO DRIVES WERE FOUND. CLICK LOAD DRIVER TO PROVIDE A MASS STORAGE DRIVER TO INSTALL.

2. Repair your computer.

SYSTEM RECOVERY OPTIONS:

There is nothoing to choose.

Then go to COMMAND PROMPT.

ADD DISK=0

I get the RESULT:
There is no volume selected to add this mirror.
Select a dynamic volume and try again.

I Type: DISKPART>list volume

I decided to wiping my HDD disk.

PLEASE ADVISE how to proceed from scratch in order to re-install WINDOWS 7 Home premium x64 from my DVD/CD-ROM DRIVE.

Hi, I am on MiniTool Free Bootable Partition Manager

(via Hiren Boot CD using Windows XP Mini in order to access my USB DRIVE and install/run MiniTool Free Bootable Partition Manager).

1. I selected my Basic MBR and proceed an operation and then run: FORMAT PARTITION C: (NTFS) (FROM MiniTool Free Bootable Partition Manager).




2. I selected and proceed an operation and then run: ALIGN PARTITION (FROM MiniTool Free Bootable Partition Manager)


I see Operations Pending ....

AFTER Operations FINISHED THERE IS AN ERROR:

Please advise, what are the next steps... How to proceed from scratch in order to re-install a fresh WINDOWS 7 Home premium x64 from my DVD/CD-ROM DRIVE?

OK I deleted my Basic MBR (Unallocated) and then I started Suface Test via MiniTool Free Bootable Partition Manager).

I would say you have a hardware disk failure.

I cannot run compmgmt.msc to see the error!

I am using Mini Tool (via Hiren Boot CD with Windows XP Mini) and I cannot see my local disk C: from My Computer on Windows XP Mini.

When I re-launch MiniTool Application, I see the following message:

MiniTool Partition Wizard cannot find any disk in your computer.

Please make sure that you have administrator privileges.

Now, I reboot my laptop, via Hiren Boot CD, selecting Windows XP Mini. I still cannot see my local disk C: from My Computer on Windows XP Mini.

Now, I have to re-stall MiniTool Application on RAM DRIVE (I am booting from Windows XP Mini).

Now, I CAN SEE Basic MBR (unallocated) via MiniTool Application. (MBR IS VISIBLE ONLY VIA MiniTool Application), NOT via Windows XP Mini.
