In your BIOS, can it identify your HDD?
If not, I would say that your HDD is dead.

To make it simpler pull the power on disk two boot the install dvd and select the allocated drive and let windows create what is needs
Partition Wizard never ever gave me any messages like that, I agree with others, you have a bad drive, and that`s why windows won`t finish installing.
And whatever you`re using to attempt to install windows is corrupted, that is what it`s telling you in post #15
This is not connected while you`re trying to install windows is it ?
YEP! NOTHING APPEARS - C: HARD DISK DRIVE IS NOT CONNECTED IN ORDER TO INSTALL WINDOWS
And what is 7.46 GB ??
THIS IS MY USB 7.46 GB STICK FLASH DRIVE.
IS THERE A WAY TO FIX MY LAPTOP'S C: DRIVE?
Now, I try again, boot my laptop and select F12, then choose boot from my laptop's DVD/CD-ROM DRIVE and see this:
WINDOWS CANNOT BE INSTALLED TO DISK 0 PARTITION 2
Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The disk may fail soon. If other hard disks are available, install Windows to another location.
