Windows 7 downgrade on EMMC drive not working

Hi, Searched far and wide for solution to this but no luck yet.
Helping a friend who has a program that only runs on windows 7 so i would like to do a dual boot.
He has a Asus e402s laptop (cough) with windows 10 installed.
It has a 32 GB Samsung BGND3R eMMC storage device.
I have created a partition for the installation
The issue is when installing windows 7 on that partition it says

Windows cannot be installed to this disk windows needs the driver for device [intel SD host controller]
I have tried numerous drivers with no luck.
    Is this possible?
    Cheers

Unless the "friend" has a valid, separate Windows 7 license, it won't be a legal Win 7 and won't be able to be activated. If it was upgraded to Win 10, then the license has also been transferred and only valid for Windows 10.

Has the program that needs Win 7 been tried by installing and run in Win 7 compatibility mode?
