Please edit your profile and add all hardware information.
What BIOS you have, Legacy - MBR or UEFI - GPT?
What Windows are you trying to install? 32 or 64 bits?
If you don't give us all the information, we are shooting in the dark.

Wait wait a big change the second time when I tried to install the windows it actually loaded the files after a bit though a message poped up saying something that "make sure all the files are available for the install " or something like that .
The hardware is updated kind off whatever I could find anyway, as for the BIOS I have no idea I'm trying to install windows 7 professional 32 bits
As you only have 2G of memory you should install win 7 32 bits as you intended.
Follow this steps and you're will have it done.
Clean Install Windows 7
A general question when you choose which windows you want to install everything has to have that x86 right?
"Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation " I hit OK then after a bit another error pops up
" the application was unable to start correctly (0x0000006).click OK to close the application" it happens whenever it is about to extract the files. Any assistance with that would be much appreciated
Exactly what media are you using to install?
Something you bought? Where?
Something you downloaded? Where?
Something you burned to a DVD?
Something you put on a USB flash drive?
Something you borrowed?
It is a DVD that it came along with my computer I think it misses some files I don't know why though
