    Can't select "Bubbles" Screensave

    Hi guys,
I need to reenable the "Bubbles" screensaver. I have the ability to select a screensaver (the list isn't grayed out) but I think the service is disabled and I don't know how to find it to reenable it. Can someone please help me out?
    Thanks

To enable a screen saver in Microsoft Windows follow the instructions below:

    Open the Control Panel.
    Double-click on the display icon.
    Personalization
Click the screen saver at the bottom right
Select the screen saver you want to enable.

    No Screensaver Tab

There isn't one. Have I somehow disabled the ability to enable screensavers? If that makes any sense...
