How to Get OEM Disks and do a Fresh install

    Hi,

So for example someone has a Sony Vaio laptop w/Win7 Home 64 and it needs a reinstall. The original disk/media is gone and any backup image on the hard disk is gone. If I go to Access Denied it asks for a key. I find that any key for a preinstalled Win7 never works.

The keys are right from the bottom of the laptops...no hanky-panky...

Manufacturer's download site only have utilities and drivers.

So how can I get media to install? Will any OEM WIn7 Home 64 disk work? It would really come in handy if there was a way.

    Thanks
