WHY didn't you simply provide a phone number to HP for him , and this 'way cheaper' price ?

WHY would he need a new Win7 cd why would anyone spend $139.99 from newegg when he can get a recovery cd from HP at a way cheaper price ???????

Why when I look at ebay are the majority of recovery discs under 10 dollars lol
Because he was done with us, so what`s the point, didn`t you read the thread ?

I always provide links for people, so don`t even go there.

    Why didn`t you provide a link ? Huh ? Huh ?????

He can`t hear so what good would a phone number do.

He should have tried HP from the start, we are a W7 help forum, not a supply company.

Please add positive information to the thread or don`t post.

    Merry Christmas :)

    Thanks

I want to again thank this Win 7 Forum for the needed assistance on my problem. Everything has worked out very well, My notebook still w/7, is now satisfactory. For the member that deemed I was "ranting", I have only to say, "I feel that in order to solve a problem, every bit of information given is needed to solve the job."
A special thanks to the Forums Managers that kept me supplied with great info.

I wasn`t the only one who thought you were ranting, so don`t single me out.

You clearly stated in reply #11 that you were done with 7 and were installing XP.

You were slamming Windows 7 at a Windows 7 Forum

Why didn`t you contact HP or use google to find a recovery disc.

Mega gave you a great link for HP.

Glad to hear your Windows 7 is now satisfactory.
