Hi,
Without a activation key sticker I would assume this was a win-10 machine downgraded to win-7 :/
I'd get installation media from whomever sold it that should self activate on a clean install

You can also post a disk management screen shot just for the record of course

Before you begin on, make a disk image of the actual windows disk. Macrium Reflect Free
It would be great if you have another HDD or SSD to use so the you don't have any problem with the actual installation.
Any way, remember to detach ALL other disks when installing windows.

Just curious: What you intend to do with a Xenon computer that has 64G of memory?

So I gave it a try, booted on the DVD, and I have this unhelpful message which tells me that I need a driver for my CD / DVD drive, which doesn't make sense, because I booted from a DVD. I guess it's because the drives are behind a LSI 2308 Mustang or something.
