How to remove 1 of 2 OS(2 windows 7) from bios.

    Hello everyone!
In front of me I have the error 0xc000035a "Attempting to load a 64-bit application, however this CPU is not compatible with 64-bit mode". A friend of mine tried to install windows 7, and both times he installed windows 7 x64 bit. How can I remove one, or both of them. I can only access bios. I would be more then happy if i can done this without formatting.
    Thanks a lot!

How could he install 64 bit if the cpu is not 64 bit capable ?

Just use a Live Linux Distro to rescue your data, then format the entire drive, and install Windows 7 32 Bit.

    Download - Zorin OS

If you need to download a fresh iso file to create a new install dvd, just let us know what version and language you want and we`ll post the Microsoft link.
