    Differences between ISOs x17-24281.iso and x15-65805.iso ?

On my hard disk I found two Win 7 x64 Pro ISO archives (I guess from digitalriver):

    x15-65805.iso

    and

    x17-24281.iso

    What are the differences?

Are there any other (newer) Win 7 Pro x64 ISOs (labels)?

    The x17`s have SP1

There will never be nothing newer then a SP1 Iso, unless you create one fully updated yourself.

Although @AddRAM is absolutely correct about SP1 being the first, last and only Service pack for Windows 7 Microsoft changed to a roll-up system for system updates back in 2016, adding the first of these roll-up updates to an SP1 Install from the ISO will bring you as up to date as you can and then using the later roll-ups or just the security updates can keep you current
