Custom Message during OOBE?

I'm working on setting up a VM that our employees will use. I have sysprepped the image and created an answer (or unattended setup) file so that when the VM boots for the first time they will get the Windows setup screen but only be prompted to enter a Computer Name. I tried a few searches and didn't really come up with anything. Does anyone know if its at all possible to have a custom message before the Computer Name prompt? I could either use a custom message just where the users clicks Next then gets to enter the Computer Name, or even something as simple as opening a notepad window over the setup screen. I have a feeling that this is not possible but thought I would ask.

Basically I want to instruct the person that starts that VM how to properly name the computer (following our naming scheme/practices).
