How to boot extracted install.wim file?

I want to install Windows by manually creating Windows required partitions (MBR or GPT). Then I'd extract the install.wim file into Windows partition and boot into stage two of installing Windows.

How can I boot it up in BIOS/MBR-based hard drive partitions and UEFI/GPT-based hard drive partitions?
    Thanks.

Apply the wim to a partition and create a boot menu entry.

Create the partitions fist. Use Partition wizard - Best Free Partition Manager for Windows | MiniTool Partition Free. Make the partitions the size you desire.
For windows, you must format the partitions.
UEFI - GPT must have a Fat32 (100M) partition for the boot loaders and a NTFS for Windows.
Legacy MBR must have a NTFS partition active.

Boot from the win 7 installation disk, go to install - advanced and choose to install windows on the NTFS partition you created. Proceed.
