Unattented Installation not Performed Totally

I've trying to set up an unattened file to install Windows 7 automatically. It works but sometimes it ask me to configure the UILanguages manually.

I've tried few times and it seems that this happens when i try to re-install Windows in a workstation where is already deployed. Because when i start from a clean Hard Disk the installation is fully automatic. And i really don't understand how can i fix.

This is the part of the unattented file where i set up langugages

Code:
   <SetupUILanguage>
                <UILanguage>en-us</UILanguage>
            </SetupUILanguage>
            <UILanguageFallback></UILanguageFallback>
            <UILanguage>en-us</UILanguage>
            <InputLocale>en-us</InputLocale>
            <SystemLocale>en-us</SystemLocale>
            <UserLocale>en-us</UserLocale>
        </component>
e this is the complete unattended fils:

Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
