Turning an OS ISO File Into A Bootable DVD

This is probably an oft-asked question, but most of the comments I see on the subject are quite old and I can't help but wonder if they are still relevant. I inherited a 32 bit Dell 755 PC and have found that the Win7 Home Pre OS installed has some unfixable problems. As I have no use for any of the information currently on the PC's HD, it seems that the best thing to do is reformat the HD and do a fresh install of Win7 Home Pre.

Accordingly, I have downloaded an ISO of Win7 Home Pre Sp1 on another PC and want to turn that ISO file into a bootable DVD. As I am not at all knowledgeable on any Windows OS after Win 98, what is the best way to do this? Use something like ImgBurn (which I understand no longer includes any add on items) or ISO Workshop? All advice, comments, guidance, and instructions will be most appreciated.

Ok mate does not matter I use ImgBurn and it is relatively easy plenty of Youtubes on offer.

The main thing to remember is when you burn that bootable disk is to burn it at the slowest rate you can from the ISO file. That more or less ensures there will be no corruption of the files - takes a little longer but worth it in the end.

PowerISO is another burner but I prefer ImgBurn because you can control that burn rate.

Edit: Meant to add Bootable ISO - Create from Installation Files

This is a great free program, burn the Iso file to dvd at the slowest possible speed. As stated by John above

Just click the Open button I have the arrow on and browse to where you have the Iso file stored.

Why don't you do a Factory Recover? It will format the C: drive and install Win 7 from an image.
You won't need to look for the drivers.
You will end with a system as it came from Dell.
You can launch Factory Recover from BIOS or from inside Windows.

There you go then plenty of good stuff around now just remember the factory restore will restore a lot of bloat too though but at least you could not fail - saying that I hope I haven't jinxed it
