What Is Causing This Error Msg?

I've been getting the error msg seen in my jpg attachment. I don't know if this failed Win7 update is part of the problem as well, but I can't get KB976932 Win7 Update to install either. I have a device that's using the dll in the jpg, and I've uninstalled it several times. I have no idea what's causing the error. PLEASE HEP ME!

Hi Gplea,
Thats Service pack 1!!!.
As you have an enterprise key you can download W7 with SP1 from your College/Company, who provided you wth the key in the first place.

Thanks Torchwood,

However, isn't that what KB976932 is? The one that failed like 10X's? Unless there's a better way to install it, I don't know what to do? Let me know if there are any other suggestions.

Thanks,
GPL

KB976932 keeps failing the install no matter what I do. I dunno anything to do but re-format my SSD, and start all over.
