"Interactive logon process initialization has failed", cant login
Recently my PC got degraded to Win7 after installing a new harddrive. I wanted to upgrade back to Win10, and so used the Windows 10 media creation tool to create an iso file to install Windows 10. When it was downloading, however, my PC got accidentally turned off (the power switch was flipped). Now, when I tried to boot up the computer it showed the 'Windows didn't turn off successfully" screen. I chose "Start Windows normally", and after loading it went to a screen where it tried checking all of my drives, which I cancelled for every drive. Then it showed an error message saying "Interactive login process initialization has failed", which repeats every time I click OK. I restarted and tried both Safe Mode and Last Known Good Configuration, which produced the same results (albeit with the drive checking, which only happened at the first attempt to login). I tried Advanced Boot Options to repair Windows, but the "Repair Windows" option is missing. I don't have a Windows system repair CD either. What should I do? Should I try the Windows 10 media creation tool on another PC to create an iso file to burn into a disc or use a pendrive?
