Are you installing as Legacy - MBR or GPT - UEFI?
You have to delete ALL partitions - create new - proceed.
A M$ 100M partition and a large NTFS partition will be created. Install win 7 on the large NTFS partition.

To install Win 7 without the M$ 100M partition you have to make one NTFS partition and make it active using Diskpart or another Partition program as Mini tool Best Free Partition Manager for Windows | MiniTool Partition Free
Then, during installation, don't delete the partition. Install win 7 on the large NTFS partition.
In my opinion, to save 100M, it doesn't worth the effort.

As your MB is new, it has a UEFI BIOS.
If you boot the Win 7 installation disk as UEFI, it will install as GPT - UEFI.
Leave the SSD as fist option. On boot, launch the boot menu (F12?) then you will see two options to boot the Win 7 installation disk. Legacy or UEFI. Choose UEFI.

M$ reserved partition is used to store the encryption / decryption translator on Ultimate brand. It doesn't show on Disk management. But it's probably there.
