    I would think maybe you could make recovery discs but not an install disc.

    Why don't you just download a Windows XP SP3 Iso file and make a disc ?

    I have an ISO file image of an XP system install disc. I want to create a bootable CD from the ISO and load a PC with the XP operating system (new install).

    So then just burn it to cd.

    What's the problem ?
