Installed Win 7 but have lost the options at start up like F8....(safe mode plus options ) delete.... (BIOS) in fact no keyboard response at all ! I get a screen asking to choose a different option while it counts down 20 seconds to start normally but nothing no keys work etc the keyboard is a bluetooth logitech ! would it make any diff if i plugged in a USB keyboard instead ?

Yes, you should use a USB keyboard rather than a Bluetooth keyboard.

found a way to enter BIOS

I found a way that will allow you to enter the BIOS if you cant through normal restart when no keys will work and that is go to turn off PC by the restart option but press and hold shift before pressing the restart option and hold it until the PC turns off and on and you see the normal BIOS option screen that has "enter BIOS =DELETE Q FLASH etc etc this allows you to (in my case press DELETE to enter the BIOS )use the appropriate key that enters your BIOS
