I run Windows 7 on my laptop. I was just wondering, is it possbile to reload Windows from my disc without losing all of my data and files?

Yes.

Repair install, or alternatively a clean install without format. Both are covered in the tutorial section of this site.

Depends what you mean by "without losing data".
