How to Install Win 7 64bit on Toshiba Satelite C70D

I have a Toshiba Satelite C70D Laptop that has already Win 10 on it. I would like to install Win 7 64 bit in a partition on my Laptop because Win 7 64 bit is installed in my Desktop PC. Is there a way to do this, or am I up the creek without a paddle?

On Satellite C70D-A (PSCENC-00M007) Support | Toshiba it has the drivers for Win 7 64 so Yes, you can install Win 7 64 on the Satellite C70D-A.
If the Win 7 license you have isn't the Retail, you wont be able to use it. You will have to buy a new license. As an alert, most license on ebay are fake or pirate.

    Dear Sir:
Thank for your answer. I did what I could to get a Win 7 64 bit DVD from a company that sells Computers, but you said in your answer that if 'If the Win 7 license you have isn't the Retail, you wont be able to use it.'
Could you explain what your thoughts are on the "Retail" part?
What I have is a "Reinstallation DVD Windows 7 Pro SP1 64 bit". And it is from Dell Inc.
It says: Use this DVD only to reinstall the OS on a Dell PC.
I'm not planning to use Win 10 right away, so I would like to put it in a small partition?
I would also like to have a small partition for Win XP, and the rest of the Free Space for Win 7 64 Bit to use.
The size of the HDD is 1 TB and there is also an SSD included. The memory 8 GB big.
I also have a MS Win 7 Pro. installation disk, but its only the older version (x86).

There are two major Win 7 licenses:
Retail - For customers - Can be transferred from one computer to another.
OEM - To be used by Computers builders. Valid only for that computer.

Under OEM license you have two types
    - OEM SLP for big builders (HP, Dell, Lenovo etc). This license aren't for sale for customers (and is the one my friend has)
    - OEM System Builder for small builders. This license are the one that you buy at Newegg etc

If the MS Win 7 Pro installation disk you have is a Retail License, you can download or use any Win 7 installation disk 64 with the Retail License. It is 100% legal.

I can't install Windows 7 64-bit on my Toshiba Satellite CL45-C4370 due to some video issue. Windows 8 and 10 have no problem and it came with 10. UEFI cannot be turned off in this model, apparently.

Red Bar across the top of the screen during the install of Windows 7. I am trying to integrate the Intel HD & Iris Graphics Driver for the Intel® Celeron N2840 processor and remove the VGA, someone apparently got it to work.

Apparently someone got it to work, but didn't explain how to add the driver to the install.wim and blacklist the unsupported VGA.

Is there as CSM option in bios?
    Unfortunately, No
There is an option to disable Secure Boot, but any furthur options are grayed out.
The Bios has a problem, the setting is stuck or something. I tried to reload it, but couldn't.

Toshiba cl45. Cant change boot UEFI boot Mode. Impossible after disabling Secure Boot. - YouTube
