Can't find a thread I saw here about downloading Win7 updates!

Can anyone here direct me to the thread where someone mentioned where to download all the Win7 updates to date for integrating into an install disc?

    Thanks

No, I don't think so. When I install Win7 SP1, I have from 20 to 192 (!) updates to do. For some reason, it depends on the computer as to how many you need.
I saw a post here about RT7 where one answer included where you could download all updates to a folder for integrating into an install disc.

Well....I guess I will drop this and search elsewhere. Administration sent me a notice to be sure to not hijack someone eles's post. Don't see how I did. I was just asking for help finding someone else's post. And, I was told to check on genuine activation etc. Again....it is not against any laws I know of to use nLite or RT7 to modify a windows install disc with hotfixes, update integration, etc. I have valid numbers for the five laptops and 3 desktops I use these on, and I have always done automatic updates with these modified WinXP and Win7 installs with no complaint from Microsoft.

    Thanks for your answers.

Are You asking about this thread ? Slipstream Windows 7 SP1 into a Installation DVD or ISO File - Windows 7 Help Forums

I don't do enough Win 7 installs anymore to bother with keeping up with which updates have been superseded, or have telemetry so using the Simplix Pack was always easiest before I forgot how to integrate. Now i just install from the Genuine ISO and update using the pack off the desktop.
