I Have successfully started most of the services i need in Safe Mode - Networking, however, i need now to start "Postgresql Server- 9.6 and its "Pervasive PSQL Workgroup Engine" as i am a user of Sage 50 Peachtree Accounting. Any feedback will be appreciated.
Welcome to the forum. It's saying it can't start in safe mode have you tried it in normal mode?
Yes i have tried in in normal mode however, the software does not work properly with database
Sounds like an issue with the actual database - Sage 50 is usually a Leased product here in the UK, you should be able to get your local Sage agent to solve your issues quickly, and at negligible or no cost.
also upen the services manager (easiest is via Task Manager), go to the faulting service and check the properties for Dependencies, and make sure these are present on the system, started, and running
The dependencies are running, I just need to start the PSQL service
The name of the service (it includes SQL in the title), would strongly suggest that this is the actual service that provides user access to the database, if all the dependencies are in place this would suggest that there is either a corruption in the database or that there is a mix up with the access permissions on windows that allows users access to the data. I do not know enough specific about Sage to go further than that, so an email to Sage support is probably the best solution

Run Windows in Normal mode, and then run MSCONFIG. On the General tab, choose Diagnostic startup, then click OK. Reboot.
Another MSCONFIG option would be to go to the Boot tab, check Safe boot, and choose Minimal. Click OK. Reboot.
A third thing to try in MSCONFIG would be to go to the Services tab, check the box for Hide all Microsoft services, and then disable one or more of the non-Microsoft services. Click OK. Reboot. For this option, you'll need to experiment whether or not disabling certain non-Microsoft services will get the job done. Keep in mind that if you disable something, it won't be running, so if you can live with that, fine. For example, if you disable your antivirus service, you won't have antivirus protection.
By doing one or more of the above, you won't be in Safe mode, but you'll get much of the benefit of Safe Mode, because you'll stop a lot of normal stuff from running. Perhaps that will permit you to run everything you need for this program.
Don't forget to re-enable needed items when you aren't running Sage.
I have since uninstalled the program, now tying to reinstall it however i think the Pervasive database have left file in the Windows assembly which i cannot delete and i have admin privileges. I need to know how to manually uninstall file from the C:/Windows/assembly
You may be able to access that folder (as long as Sage has not used a "Deny" access permission by the use of the full hidden administrator account ...

This is a very powerful feature and could accidently cause serious issues if used without thought, I would always advise that you hide the Hidden Administrator after you complete your task
