Cannot Install Windows 7 Pro 64 bit Application When Trying To Do A Cl

I have an HP 8460p Elitebook laptop and have been trying to do a clean install without a CD or DVD.
I purchased and was able to download an ISO file that was supposed to enable me to use either a DVD or a usable bootable drive but every time I tried, it would only allow me to use a DVD drive. No other option.
    What can I do?
I have the product key but cannot go any further at this point.
    Thanks,

When you start and enter the BIOS to set USB as boot have you got the drive plugged in or it won't give you an option. How did you write the ISO to USB you need to use the right software to write it and make it bootable

    Hi Cag43,

you need to make the USB as install media first

1 Download Iso - (see below)

    2 download DVD/USB installation tool
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down...id=56485KR9DC2

Run Tool import Iso file to create BOOTABLE usb . reset Bios to USB as primary media

    from above
You didnt need to purchase an ISO, you only have to pay for the Product key
try and get a refund folow this link use the tag info below
