    Windows 7 unattended/silent installation EULA problem

    I am a Cisco CCNA and networking is my thing.
    However, I am often asked to provide Desktop Support for one of our Bluechip clients.
    I have decided to study for the MCTS 70-680 Exam.
    I'm very familiar with Windows 7 CD/USB installations, but I obviously need to be able to perform silent/unattended installations for the exam.
    I want to go on to be able to do fully unattended installations via PXE and WDS.
    I am self learning via a Microsoft Tutorials and using the web to expand my knowledge.

    This is what I have done:
    I have installed the WAIK
    I downloaded an ISO copy of Windows 7 from Microsoft.
    I created a bootable Windows 7 UFD and copied install.wim from the sources directory to mydocs
    I selected the install.wim as my Windows image
    I then opened the unattend_sample.xml file from Program Files\Windows AIK\Samples
    I did some basic editing - changed language, added user details etc, nothing too fancy, just want to get a basic unattended installation.
    Then I saved the answer file as autounattend.xml and copied this to a UFD.
    I placed the Windows 7 bootable UFD and autounattend.xml UFD in a PC and tried to build it.
    During the installation, I keep getting the EULA before it partitions and copies the installation file.

    I have set the x86_Microsoft-Windows-Setup_neutral/ImageInstall/UserData/AcceptEual to true

    Here is the autounattend.xml:

    Code:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <unattend xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:unattend">
