Do you already have Win 7 installed or the disk is blank?

If you're starting on a clean disk, you can make the partitions on the fist install, just go to advanced, delete ALL partitions -create new partition and choose the size of the partition. The remaining space will be un formatted (raw) and you will use the space for the second and third install.

After you get windows installed, post a shot of disk management and we`ll go from there.
