    Hi okwrangler2003,

You ONLY need to type this:

    ipconfig /all

Notice the space between the g of ipconfig and the /all.
You don't need to type anything else other than that, i.e. no quotes etc.

    I hope this helps!

Sounds like they didn`t install any drivers.

Use the last link I posted in reply #6.

HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP® Customer Support

You`ll need to use another computer to get online and a flash drive to download the drivers on.

Just get the network drivers and install them on your PC, once you get online you can download the rest.

If I were to get on that computer and do a Print Screen, I could not post it here because I can not get on the internet.

    Thank you

You could save the file onto a USB and then post it using the computer you are using for this thread.

No ,nothing seemed to work. I just kind of stopped working on it. I am not very computer savy so I am sure it is my fault I can not get it to work. Plus I have been sick all week. Head stopped up and can't breathe. Prairie fires and high winds.

Anyway, I want to thank everyone for trying to help me.

    Thank you

This is probably the worst recommendation I could ever give to someone but WTH, do you have a Best Buy nearby ?

If so, take it to them or have the Geek Squad come to your house to get the PC online.
