Boot from any Win 7 64 installation CD (or USB flash disk), go to repair and do a boot repair.
Startup Repair - Windows 7 Help Forums
It will fix everything that is preventing from booting, unless you have a failing disk.
You can check your disk by launching a CMD window and typing chkdsk c: /f

You might have to run startup repair more tha once. Depending what needs to be done it might take 2 or 3 runs.
