V14 on first post. Includes Updatepatch 10.10.18.
Added KB4462923-x86-x64 with telemetry shutdown and processor checks (replaces KB3003743-x86-x64 and KB4457144-x86-x64).

Delete image function now in separate cmd file.

Abilty to choose whether to include IE11 if using Simplix.
Very nice additions SIW2, thank you for your time and effort on providing us with this excellent utility .

I might later include the optional removal of various components.

That sounds like a nice bonus when you get time! What components do you have in mind?

I thought I would list what I played around with last year, and should by no means have any impact on what you are thinking of doing. It is just for information purposes!

As I said, I played around with component removal last year and then created an updated install.wim for installation. Mainly because I remove/disable/turn off certain components and features immediately after a clean install. It just makes sense to do it beforehand for a customised installation. DISM++ can do this to a certain extent. Now, with your 7UPDATER and DISM++, it should also be possible at the same time to include the WU's required after the component removal.

As I said, these are just for information purposes on the changes I make virtually straight away after a clean install and before making a system image:

    Turn off UAC.
    Show Hidden Files.
    Change Power Options:
[set to High Performance and 10 minutes On Battery & Plugged In, don’t require a password on wakeup].
Disable Windows Messages in the system tray.
Change how Windows handles Windows Updates [set to Never check for updates (not recommended)].
Disable automatically Defrag every week from Task Scheduler.
    Disable Windows Indexing.
    Disable Windows Remote Assistance.
    Disable Windows Defender.
    Disable Internet Games.
    Disable More Games.

Print And Document Services, this includes:

    Uncheck Internet Printing Client.
    Uncheck LPD Print Service.
    Uncheck LPR Port Monitor.
    Uncheck Windows Fax And Scan.
    Uncheck Tablet PC Components.
    Uncheck Windows Gadget Platform.
    Uncheck Fax and Scan.
    Uncheck XPS Services.
    Uncheck XPS Viewer.

Other components to get rid off:

Windows System Assessment Tool [is it really needed]?
    Disk Defragmenter.
    Easy Transfer.
    Contacts.
    Calculator.
    Sticky Notes.
    Remote Desktop Connection.
    Remote Assistance [I use TeamViewer].
    Mobility Center.
    Speech Recognition.
    Magnifier [possibly].
Windows Media Player [I use VLC].
Mail [what are the implications of this?].
Media Center [I don't have a TV Tuner card. I use VLC].

    Just some ideas!

I noticed that you have taken out the Drivers, Import and Updates folder in v15!

Updates to December 18 2018 on first post.

Optimizing install.wim can take a while on a laptop. It is optional, so have moved it to a separate cmd file.

Nvme updates also added on first post.
