Hi SIW2, thank you for the reply, it is very much appreciated,
DISM++
OK, I think I will just skip those. They can always be installed after the installation if needed [if I know which updates are exclusive!].
Thank you.
The reason I am having a problem is because it says that the newly created wim will have a lot of junk data that increases the size of the wim. It says it is recommeded to optimize the size of the wim file. It says to overcome this and get the optimal volume, you need to open the image file and then export it as install2.wim [as per post #7].
So am I right in saying, that once I have saved the image [after all the updates have been done], I need to export the install.wim to the same sources folder but call it install2.wim. Then unmount the image. Then goto the sources folder and delete the newly created install.wim and rename the exported install2.wim to install.wim. Will that work, and will it now be optimized please?
Brilliant, I really like that available option.
SIMPLIX
Am I right in saying that the Create.iso.cmd includes being able to boot BOTH Legacy - MBR and UEFI - GPT?
Thanks in advance.
