Is the parent folder ( which you have named 7forumISOupdater) on the root of a drive?

Hard to tell what the issue is. You could try extracting the 7updaterv10.zip afresh, just in case something has got damaged .

I don't know if it is "correct". However only 2 partitions are required for uefi.

Sounds like something to do with the bios on that machine, in that case.

    ......

If you are having trouble installing drivers, it might be because they are not win7 drivers that you are trying to install.

    1. USB drive is recognised as UEFI storage if filename is changed to bootx64.efi, . Why is it named bootiax64?
    2. Only two partitions created. Why aren't the 499MB recovery and 16MB unformatted partitions created? What needs to be done during installation stage?

    Many thanks and best regards,

Well spotted, it is a misspaste. Nobody uses the intel extension. Have amended it.

    Greetns SIW2.

    1. Glad to see you have it sorted outed out finally....after 4 weeks....
    2. Had an issue with an install.wim that contains 2 editions: the home and premium editions were removed by 7update. Selected Ultimate during installation, but Pro was installed instead. What went wrong?
    3. Here's a comparison with DISM++ on the updates found:
    a) On a COEM ISO, DISM++ 199 updates found, while 7update reported 173.
    b) 7updates included a couple which are considered undesirable by DISM++.
    c) Many of the .net3.5.1 updates were not picked up by DISM++/7update. DISM++ had a message about mounting the installation ISO if .net updates are to be included. What could that mean? How to turn on .net/inject .net into the installation media?
    d) The following 8 updates were not picked up by DISM++/7update. Why? Important?
    Code:
    3042058
    2952664
    3170735
    3172605
    2592687
    2984976

V14 on first post. Includes Updatepatch 10.10.18.
Added KB4462923-x86-x64 with telemetry shutdown and processor checks (replaces KB3003743-x86-x64 and KB4457144-x86-x64).

Delete image function now in separate cmd file.

Abilty to choose whether to include IE11 if using Simplix.
