Yes I have a couple ISOs with ei.cfg text file manually removed and a couple that I ran ei.cfg removal utility. I tested TechBench WZT download ran removal utility, maybe two weeks ago and it advanced to the screen where you have all version choice. Tried same again and received error message I posted. Checked recent updates, mostly for Office 2010.

No idea. I have never had that problem. I can't reproduce it here.

You can run the ei.cfg utility to remove that file and make it All-In-One.

That is exactly what I told him to do in post #6, I even added a detailed attachement for him to make it easier to understand!
