Windows 7: New Drive, but no boot

@SIW2-Well, it is fixed. So I went back and followed your advice. Reconnected drives on my computer and used Aomei to do the cloning. My plan was to use your program this time, but while setting up the cloning in Aomei I wondered what the "Edit partitions on the destination disk" option was and low and behold the option to use up all extra space option is in there. It seems to just distribute the free space through the 3 partitions in the free version, but if you buy the program you can actually select each partition and resize each one accordingly.

So all is good, at least for getting the cloning done and booting up. So thank you SIW2 for all the help. Now I discovered another problem which I need to fix; mainly sfc /scannow detected errors and dism says there are 87 errors which I checked on the original drive and they are there too so it was not caused by the cloning.

Again, thank you SIW2!!!

Moved boot manager, 7 drive still refuses to boot without old drive.
I've been trying all day to get to a point where I can format my old hard drive (D). I found out today that, in its infinite wisdom, the Windows 7 installer put the boot manager on a completely separate drive from my new drive (C), the one I selected for installation. Windows 7 is totally...
