Upgrade on Multiple PC's

Hi, I have 2 computers

1. DELL Laptop, VISTA Business, 1.3GHZ core duo, 3 GBs Memory, plenty HD
2. Dell Desktop, XP Pro, 3 gbs Memory, 2.3 Core Duo, plenty of HD

question: Can i purchase 1 upgrade CD to Win 7 Home Professional and upgrade both these PCs? I have license numbers for each of these pc's for their respective OS's

64-bit Windows 8.1 Pro

You can only activate one at a time... You would need 2 keys if you plan on activating both...

You need a Windows 7 key for each machine (unless you can lay hands on a family pack upgrade where the key can be used on three machines).

Ah how I wish there was somewhere where they still had the $150 3 user family upgrade pack for Home Premium!

Those licenses are for Vista and XP.

And you want to install Win7, which is a different OS with a different license.
