I would be surprised if Acer still provide recovery media for Vista. You could probably find the regular MS installation media by searching the net.

You can make it yourself.

Do you have the normal microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic Russian iso file?

What bit version?

You just need to add the Asus script to the normal iso file.
