    Remove 10 and install 7

Remove win 10 and install is what I want to do. I hate 10. I got a 2018 XPS 13 with10..can't stand and don't need 10. so many issues with what I want to do.

How can I get and install win 7 pro? I'll get the touch option in 7 as I have touch screen.

Microsoft stopped providing Windows 7 some time ago so you will have to source a copy of Windows 7 from the ever decreasing "New Old Stock" that is available from a few honest suppliers, and a lot of dishonest ones.

If your New Dell will run Windows 7 - check that the model you have has all the correct drivers available for windows 7 - Dell models that were previously supplied with Windows 7 should be OK but newer models may well not be suitable.

[If you have a system that has been supplied with Windows 7 in the past, you could see if Dell would supply you with a copy at a reasonable charge, Although you may find that their contracts with Microsoft preclude this for non enterprise volume customers]

As with everything as items get rarer the price increases - if you can find a copy be prepared to pay several hundred Dollars/Pounds/Euros for a new shrink wrapped OEM copy, Retail copies are like rocking horse droppings, unless you could find one in a small Independent "mom & Pop" store

Basic touch options are available in Windows 7 as standard, one of the reasons that the taskbar icons were larger than previous versions but don't expect modern touch controls like gesture controls for zooming etc.

Can you give us the specs of your new computer?
Installing win 7 on new MoBo isn't that easy as Win 7 installation disk doesn't have the needed drivers. 7UPDATER can add the drivers to Win 7 installation disk.

It seems that your XPS 13 has latest Intel chipset and CPU (8th gen - Coffee Lake). It will be very hard to install Win 7 as there are no drivers for it.

Win 7 has no support for touch screens.
