I am getting an error message from the Microsoft Website.

"We encountered a problem processing your request. Please try again later"

Do I need a product key to use that?

I just got off the phone with someone at MSFT. They told me it was impossible to retrieve a Windows 7 key from a hard drive. Whatever the two keys I retrieved using Jelly Bean and a batch file are invalid.

Is there any way to retrieve a Windows 7 Key from a hard drive?

Not needed to download the iso.

You will need a product key to activate. If it was an OEM preinstall, you should have one on a sticker somewhere. If it is illegible, you can use Dism++10.1.1000.80.zip to back it up.

Click Toolkit in the left pane, then Active backup in the main window. Click Backup.

Then copy the entire dism++ folder somewhere safe - e.g. a usb stick or another drive.

    Welcome to the Forum

I can see you have a Desktop with win 10.
Why do you want a Win 7 installation disk?
Did your computer came with Win 7?

In Magic Jellybean, it's the CD key (25 characters) not Product ID.

My computer originally had Windows 7 on it. I am having an issue with the Network Adapter that I believe is not compatible with Windows 10.

Your system specs don't help whatsoever! Have you checked your Network Adapter's (NA) manufacturer's website for compatibility with Win 10?
What brand and model is your NA?

Depending on how you installed win 10, your computer may still have a Factory Recover partition.

To help us to help you, you must edit your computer specs with all information.
