Being that it is Thanksgiving (for many folks...)...I would give thanks in this case that he only lost $20.99 (if ebay/PayPal don't refund his money)...

The Windows Anytime Upgrade is an option...Windows 7 Ultimate Upgrade is another...

May I ask what your need for Ultimate is? Home Premium is sufficient for the majority of folks

NewEgg has Pro on sale for Black Friday at $124: BLACK FRIDAY DEAL LEAK – Only 1 DAY until our biggest sale of the year begins!

They also have Home Premum upgrade for $110 with free shipping: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-713-_-Product

The overall best deal is the Home Premium Family 3 pack offered at some places for $150, which is $50 each - a (legit) steal. You have them for life, just as long as they are only on 3 computers at a time. You could share the cost with trusted friends and family.

Meanwhile for a stable trial version, MS has 90 day free trial of Enterprise.

The family pack for Windows 7 (three Windows 7 Home Premium licenses) would be great in your scenario

Think it out...you already have a Windows 7 Home Premium license...just buy a family pack and you are golden
