    not booting after bios loaded

Hello, when I open my pc, bios load but when windows 7 seems to start it crashes and restarts. After restart startup repair could not fix the problem. I tried chkdsk , fixmbr and fixboot without the installation disk from command line but nothing. Could not restore to previous working condition with system restore because could not find any. Also in safe mode same results with no booting. Also tried sfc, but it says "There is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete". After that I ran some commands offbootdir to run sfc but continues with the message above. Do I have to format and reinstall windows ? I took out the hard drive and connect it to external usb sata adaptor to get the data. Thank you

    Hello stergios,

If you have installation disk, or repair disk, then boot from that disk and you could do System Repair from the menu there.
