    Disconnect all external devices (printers, USB disks).
    Open the case side. When you press the start button, does the fans spins? Do you hear a beep on the MB speaker?

    Yes, it spins. Unfortunately I have no speaker on the mobo.
    I should get and insstall one and get back to you....
