Acer w700 tablet stuck at win 7 logo when trying to install in uefi

I have an Acer w700 tablet with windows 10 pro, ubuntu 16.04 lts (it also worked with ubuntu 14.04 lts), and osx 10.11 so far booting in Uefi for certain on a gpt drive.

I want to get windows 7 on this machine in uefi so I have made an appropriate usb 2.0 drive to boot and install windows 7 in uefi (I have used it on a couple other machines and everything works fine).

So I know my usb install drive is good, I know the acer w700 can boot uefi and my boot settings are correct. I have had this quad boot setup on other laptops, tablets (In fact I am on a dell tablet with this same exact config right now typing this).

My windows 7 install freezes at the windows logo every time and never gets to the install screen to select language hit f6 etc. I cannot figure out why this is doing this when I have used windows 7 on older hardware in uefi and everything was fine. Any ideas at all besides installing in bios mode which is not an option?

Witch OS came with the Acer w700 tablet?
How did you made the USB Win 7 installation disk?
Did you boot the USB Win 7 installation disk as UEFI?
