Boot order

I recently moved my machines around effectively upgrading my internet computer. I have a wy and a old vista OS on this machine, somehow now the vista OS is on top so if I don't arrow it down to the w7 it boots vista. How do I reverse that so the w7 will boot if I do nothing.
